  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Cut the mushrooms into equal-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley.
  6. 6. Shake the parsley dry.
  7. 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the garlic in the oil until translucent for 1 minute.
  11. 11. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the mushrooms vigorously over high heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Pour the broth over the mushrooms.
  15. 15. Add the chopped parsley.
  16. 16. Let everything boil for 1 minute.
  17. 17. Add the balsamic vinegar.
  18. 18. Boil the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Let the mushrooms cool down.
  20. 20. Let the mushrooms marinate for 2 hours.
