🍽️ Quick Mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 425 g mixed mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 175 ml classic vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper.
- 2. Cut the mushrooms into equal-sized pieces.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Wash the parsley.
- 6. Shake the parsley dry.
- 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 8. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
- 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 10. Sauté the garlic in the oil until translucent for 1 minute.
- 11. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
- 12. Fry the mushrooms vigorously over high heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 13. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
- 14. Pour the broth over the mushrooms.
- 15. Add the chopped parsley.
- 16. Let everything boil for 1 minute.
- 17. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 18. Boil the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- 19. Let the mushrooms cool down.
- 20. Let the mushrooms marinate for 2 hours.
