🍽️ Creamy Mushroom Spread

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. brown button mushrooms, porcini, oyster mushrooms)
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 slices mixed bread
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and dice them into small cubes. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, and chop the leaves coarsely.
- 2. Peel the shallot and garlic and chop them finely. Sauté them in hot oil in a pan until they become translucent.
- 3. Add the mushrooms and fry them for 5 minutes until light brown, until the released liquid has evaporated. Remove the mixture from the pan and let it cool.
- 4. Mix the cooled mushroom mixture with the crème fraîche and half of the parsley. Season with salt and pepper and spread the mixture onto the bread slices. Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve.
