  9. 9. Mix the vinegar with 200 milliliters of water, mustard powder, and sugar.
  10. 10. Bring the liquid mixture in the pot to a boil.

  12. 12. Continue simmering until the mixture becomes slightly thick and creamy.
  13. 13. Season the relish with salt to taste.
