  4. 4. Finely chop the chili pod.
  5. 5. Wash the basilisk under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the basil dry.
  7. 7. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Set aside a few nice basil leaves for decoration.
  9. 9. Finely chop the remaining basil leaves.
  10. 10. Place the chopped chili and basil into a bowl.
  11. 11. Pour the buttermilk in.
  12. 12. Add the olive oil.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with salt.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with pepper.
  16. 16. Fill the buttermilk mixture into two glasses.
  17. 17. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  19. 19. Place the tomato juice in a separate bowl.
  20. 20. Add about one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice.
