  1. 1. Rinse the mint under cold water.
  2. 2. Shake the mint dry in a colander.
  3. 3. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
  5. 5. Finely chop the remaining mint.
  6. 6. Pour the soy drink into a cocktail shaker.
  7. 7. Add the finely chopped mint.
  8. 8. Add curry powder to the mixture.
  9. 9. Add turmeric powder to the mixture.
  10. 10. Add some ice cubes to the shaker.
  11. 11. Close the shaker tightly.
  12. 12. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
  13. 13. Pour the drink into a drinking glass.
  14. 14. Garnish the drink with the reserved mint leaves.
  15. 15. Drink the shake immediately while it is cold.
