🍽️ Spicy Soy Mint Shake

Ingredients
- 2 stalks mint
- 150 ml soy drink (soy milk) (1.2% fat)
- 0.5 tsp Madras curry powder
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mint under cold water.
- 2. Shake the mint dry in a colander.
- 3. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
- 5. Finely chop the remaining mint.
- 6. Pour the soy drink into a cocktail shaker.
- 7. Add the finely chopped mint.
- 8. Add curry powder to the mixture.
- 9. Add turmeric powder to the mixture.
- 10. Add some ice cubes to the shaker.
- 11. Close the shaker tightly.
- 12. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 13. Pour the drink into a drinking glass.
- 14. Garnish the drink with the reserved mint leaves.
- 15. Drink the shake immediately while it is cold.
