  7. 7. Warm the milk slightly in a small saucepan.
  8. 8. Take five tablespoons of the warm milk and put them into a small bowl.
  9. 9. Set the small bowl with milk aside.
  10. 10. Stir the sugar into the remaining milk.
  11. 11. Crumble the yeast into the sugared milk.
  12. 12. Pour the yeast milk onto the dry ingredients in the large bowl.
  13. 13. Add the olive oil.
  14. 14. Knead everything with the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  15. 15. Knead until a smooth and pliable dough forms.
  16. 16. Knead in the chopped herbs and olives.
  17. 17. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  18. 18. Place the dough in a warm spot.
  19. 19. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes.
