Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 g quark
- 2 tsp horseradish (from the jar)
- 2 spring onions (in rings)
- 2 bananas
Instructions
- 1. Place the eggs in a pot with cold water.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil and boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Remove the eggs and rinse them immediately under cold water so the shell is easier to remove.
- 4. Peel the eggs completely.
- 5. Finely chop the eggs.
- 6. Put the quark, the horseradish, and the rings of the spring onions into a bowl.
- 7. Add the chopped eggs to the quark mixture.
- 8. Mix everything well together.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Serve the dip together with crispbread.
- 11. Peel the bananas.
- 12. Cut the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Serve the banana slices as a side dish.
