  5. 5. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  6. 6. Stir in the paprika paste (concentrated paprika paste) into the vegetables.
  7. 7. Sprinkle both types of paprika powder over the mixture.
  8. 8. Cook the spices in for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the heat.
  10. 10. Transfer the hot vegetable mixture into a bowl.
  11. 11. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
  12. 12. Add the cream cheese amount to the cooled mixture.
  13. 13. Add the yogurt amount.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
  15. 15. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
  16. 16. Sprinkle fresh chives over the dip.
  17. 17. Serve the dip on the bread.
