🥤 Spicy Carrot Cocktail

Ingredients
- 20 g cress (with flowers; or watercress; 0.5 bunch)
- 1 clementine
- 100 ml carrot juice (no sugar)
- Also: ice cubes
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold; with carbonation)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cress thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the cress dry.
- 3. Remove 1 to 2 nice flowers and set them aside.
- 4. Roughly chop the rest of the cress.
- 5. Halve the clementine.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the clementine.
- 7. Put the juice, chopped cress, carrot juice, and ice cubes into a blender.
- 8. Blend the ingredients well.
- 9. Pour the mixture into a glass.
- 10. Top up the drink with mineral water.
- 11. Garnish the cocktail with the reserved cress flowers.
