  2. 2. Shake the cress dry.
  3. 3. Remove 1 to 2 nice flowers and set them aside.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the rest of the cress.
  5. 5. Halve the clementine.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the clementine.
  7. 7. Put the juice, chopped cress, carrot juice, and ice cubes into a blender.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients well.
  9. 9. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  10. 10. Top up the drink with mineral water.
  11. 11. Garnish the cocktail with the reserved cress flowers.
