🍽️ Spicy Milk and Quark Delicacy

Ingredients
- 1 bunch chives
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 20 g quark (1 tbsp)
- 1 pinch wasabi powder
- 1 pinch salt
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fresh chives under running water.
- 2. Shake the chives dry to remove excess water.
- 3. Take a few long stalks for decoration and set them aside.
- 4. Cut the remaining chives into small, fine rings.
- 5. Place the chive rings into a tall container large enough for a hand blender.
- 6. Pour the milk into the container with the chive rings.
- 7. Add the quark to the milk and chive mixture.
- 8. Sprinkle the wasabi powder over the ingredients.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt to your liking.
- 10. Blend everything with a hand blender until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
- 11. Fill a drinking glass halfway with ice cubes.
- 12. Pour the blended milk mixture over the ice cubes.
- 13. Garnish the drink with the chive stalks you set aside earlier.
