🍰 Spicy Melon Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 small red chili pepper
- juice of two limes
- salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 g mozzarella
- 1 Charentais melon
- 500 g red watermelon
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds and white pith from the chili pepper.
- 2. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 3. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 4. Pour the lime juice into a small bowl.
- 5. Add salt, oil, the chopped chili, and sugar.
- 6. Stir the ingredients well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 7. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 8. Mix the mozzarella with the lime marinade.
- 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
- 10. Peel the melons.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the fruit flesh.
- 12. Cut the melon into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Remove the tough outer skin from the celery.
- 14. Rinse the celery under running water.
- 15. Finely chop the celery.
- 16. Peel the carrots.
- 17. Grate the carrots finely.
- 18. Add the melon pieces, celery, and grated carrots to the marinated mozzarella mixture.
- 19. Toss everything gently until well combined.
- 20. Plate the salad.
