  1. 1. Squeeze the lime.
  2. 2. Pour the juice into a tall container.
  3. 3. Rinse the mint and coriander.
  4. 4. Shake the herbs dry.
  5. 5. Pluck the leaves from one coriander stalk.
  6. 6. Set these leaves aside.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the remaining coriander.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the mint.
  9. 9. Add the chopped herbs to the lime juice.
  10. 10. Add the yoghurt.
  11. 11. Add salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Add ice cubes to the mixture.
  13. 13. Blend everything well with a hand blender.
  14. 14. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  15. 15. Top up the glass with mineral water.
  16. 16. Stir the drink.
  17. 17. Garnish the drink with the reserved coriander leaves.
  18. 18. Dust the drink with cardamom to taste.
