Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 shallot
- 250 g quark
- 500 g sour cream quark
- 75 ml milk
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- mustard
- 1 bunch dill
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber if desired and remove the core. Cut the flesh into very small cubes. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
- 2. Whisk the quark, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard until smooth. Chop the dill and fold it in along with the shallot. Plate the quark mixture and the prepared cucumber. Boiled potatoes or rustic country bread pair perfectly with this dish.
