  1. 1. Whisk one egg with some flour in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the remaining seven eggs and stir everything well.
  3. 3. Season the egg mixture with salt.
  4. 4. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan with a diameter of 20 centimeters.
  5. 5. Fry four thin omelets from the egg mixture.
  6. 6. Let the finished omelets cool on a flat plate.
  7. 7. Peel the carrot in the meantime and grate it coarsely.
  8. 8. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
  9. 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  10. 10. Mix cream cheese, the grated carrots, and the chives in a bowl.
  11. 11. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Evenly cover the cooled omelets with turkey breast.
  13. 13. Spread the carrot cream cheese mixture over the topped omelets.
  14. 14. Fold the right and left edges of the wraps about two centimeters towards the center.
  15. 15. Roll the wraps up tightly.
  16. 16. Cut the rolled wraps in half crosswise.
