🍽️ Spicy Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can Williams Christ pear (unsweetened)
- 2 oranges
- 2 avocados
- 2 onions (red)
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar (bianco)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch chili powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the pears well. Peel the oranges carefully with a sharp knife, removing the white pith as well.
- 2. Cut the fruit segments out of the membranes and catch the juice that escapes. Squeeze the remaining juice from the orange peels.
- 3. Wash the avocados, halve them, remove the pit, and cut them into cubes. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into thin rings. Add the onion rings to the orange juice.
- 4. Add vinegar, oil, and spices, then mix everything with the remaining ingredients. Taste well and add more chili if needed. Serve the salad in small bowls.
