  7. 7. Fold the whipped cream into the quark.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic clove and press it into the quark mixture.
  9. 9. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  10. 10. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning.
  11. 11. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  12. 12. Cut the apples into small pieces.
  13. 13. Stew the apple pieces until soft with a little water.
