  1. 1. Put the butter, 150 grams of yogurt, crumbled feta, and flour into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add the eggs and 50 to 80 milliliters of water.
  3. 3. Mix everything with the beaters of a hand mixer until you have a smooth batter.
  4. 4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  6. 6. Slice them into rings.
  7. 7. Set aside the green tops for the dip.
  8. 8. Stir the white onion rings into the batter.
  9. 9. Season with pepper.
  10. 10. Peel and wash the apple.
  11. 11. Remove the core.
  12. 12. Grate it coarsely.
  13. 13. Clean and wash the radishes.
  14. 14. Slice them into thin strips.
  15. 15. Mix the remaining yogurt, quark (a type of fresh cheese), grated apple, and radish strips thoroughly.
  16. 16. Fold in the reserved green spring onion tops.
  17. 17. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Preheat a non-stick waffle iron.
  19. 19. Stir the batter once more.
  20. 20. Bake about 8 waffles one after the other.
  21. 21. For each waffle, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter on the bottom plate.
  22. 22. Close the waffle iron.
  23. 23. Bake the waffle for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  24. 24. Remove the finished waffles.
  25. 25. Serve them with the dip.
