  6. 6. Chop the shallots very finely.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove.
  8. 8. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger.
  10. 10. Grate the ginger finely on a grater.
  11. 11. Mix the shallots, garlic, ginger, curry powder, paprika powder, tomato paste, honey, salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oil in a bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth paste.
  13. 13. Toss the meat pieces in the marinade.
  14. 14. Mix everything well until the meat is fully coated.
