  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Slice the turkey breast into 8 to 12 thin slices.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
  5. 5. Mix the garlic with oregano, paprika powder, and oil in a bowl.
  6. 6. Turn the meat slices in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Let the meat marinate for approx. 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  9. 9. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the core.
  10. 10. Dice the cored tomatoes finely.
  11. 11. Peel the onions and dice them finely.
  12. 12. Rinse the chili peppers under running water.
  13. 13. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  15. 15. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  16. 16. Mix the diced tomatoes, onions, chili peppers, coriander, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  17. 17. Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Heat a non-stick pan without adding extra fat.
  19. 19. Fry the turkey slices for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
