  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Mince the meat very finely or push it through a meat grinder.
  4. 4. Crumble the toast slices into small pieces.
  5. 5. Mix the bread crumbs with the yogurt.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Mince the garlic finely.
  8. 8. Mince the chili pepper finely as well.
  9. 9. Add the minced garlic and chili to the chicken meat.
  10. 10. Add the yogurt and bread mixture.
  11. 11. Add fresh thyme.
  12. 12. Add grated ginger.
  13. 13. Add the egg.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients well with the meat.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt.
  16. 16. Check the consistency of the mixture.
  17. 17. If the mixture is too soft, add more white bread crumbs.
  18. 18. Form about 16 small meatballs from the mixture.
  19. 19. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  20. 20. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil.
  21. 21. Fry each side for about 2 to 3 minutes.
