Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp (kitchen-ready, peeled)
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (seeded and finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Crush the garlic in a mortar together with a pinch of salt until it forms a fine paste.
- 3. Add three to four tablespoons of olive oil to a bowl.
- 4. Add the garlic paste, chopped parsley, chili, and some salt.
- 5. Stir the ingredients well until a uniform marinade has formed.
- 6. Take a shrimp and skewer it lengthwise with a wooden skewer.
- 7. Repeat this process with all the shrimp.
- 8. Brush the skewers generously with the prepared marinade.
- 9. Let the skewers marinate for about one hour.
- 10. Preheat your table grill or charcoal grill.
- 11. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill.
- 12. Grill the skewers on all sides until they are golden brown.
