  1. 1. Put the dried mushrooms into a blender or food processor.
  2. 2. Grind the mushrooms into a fine powder.
  3. 3. Add all other ingredients and 100 milliliters of water to the mushroom mixture.
  4. 4. Mix everything with a hand mixer using a dough hook until you have a firm dough.
  5. 5. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
  6. 6. If the dough is too wet, add a little flour.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  8. 8. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  9. 9. Divide the dough in half.
  10. 10. Roll each half out very thinly (2 to 3 millimeters).
  11. 11. Cut the dough into rectangles of about 4 by 8 centimeters using a pastry wheel.
  12. 12. Bake the crackers for about 20 minutes in the oven.
  13. 13. Remove the crackers from the oven when they are light brown.
  14. 14. Let the crackers cool down completely together with the baking paper.
  15. 15. Pack the finished crackers into a container, for example for gifting.
  16. 16. They will stay fresh for 2 to 3 weeks this way.
