🍽️ Spicy Bean Paste

Ingredients
- 1 small can Kidney beans
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 100 g peeled Tomatoes (in small pieces)
- Salt
- Tabasco
- Cayenne pepper
- Cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of beans and drain the liquid.
- 2. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan.
- 5. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot oil until they are soft and translucent.
- 6. Add the drained beans and the tomatoes to the pan.
- 7. Season the mixture generously with salt, Tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper.
- 8. Remove half of the bean mixture from the pan.
- 9. Puree this half roughly using a hand blender or a fork.
- 10. Mix the pureed half back into the remaining whole bean mixture in the pan.
- 11. Serve the warm paste garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
