  1. 1. Open the can of beans and drain the liquid.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot oil until they are soft and translucent.
  6. 6. Add the drained beans and the tomatoes to the pan.
  7. 7. Season the mixture generously with salt, Tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper.
  8. 8. Remove half of the bean mixture from the pan.
  9. 9. Puree this half roughly using a hand blender or a fork.
  10. 10. Mix the pureed half back into the remaining whole bean mixture in the pan.
  11. 11. Serve the warm paste garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
