Ingredients
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
- 250 g Feta
- 1 bunch parsley
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Let the puff pastry sheets thaw at room temperature.
- 2. Stack the thawed pastry sheets on top of each other.
- 3. Roll out the pastry package with a rolling pin into a large rectangle.
- 4. Finely chop the olives and the parsley.
- 5. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl using a fork.
- 6. Mix the crumbled feta cheese with the chopped olives and parsley.
- 7. Season the cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Spread the filling evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
- 9. Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
- 10. Cut the log into slices approximately 2 cm thick using a sharp knife.
- 11. Lightly moisten a baking tray with water or line it with baking paper.
- 12. Place the pastry snails on the prepared tray with some space between them.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Bake the snails in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Place the finished bites into paper cases before serving.
