  10. 10. Wash the lemongrass stalk.
  11. 11. Finely chop the pale, tender part of the lemongrass.
  12. 12. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  13. 13. Cut the lime into wedges.
  14. 14. Wash the banana blossom.
  15. 15. Pat the banana blossom dry.
  16. 16. Peel off four large bracts from the banana blossom.
