Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets (approx. 150 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 eggs
- 60 g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- thyme (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. If necessary, flatten the cutlets slightly, season them with salt and pepper, and first coat them in the beaten eggs and then in the grated Parmesan.
- 2. Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the cutlets in it over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 3. Serve the finished cutlets garnished with fresh thyme sprigs.
