🍽️ Plum Salad with Sheep's Cheese

Ingredients
- 0.5 red chili pepper
- 50 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt
- 1 small radicchio
- 1 small chicory
- 400 g plums
- 90 g pecorino
- 40 g walnut kernels
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 2. Cut the chili lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds and the white pith.
- 4. Finely chop the chili.
- 5. Mix the orange juice with the vinegar and honey in a bowl.
- 6. Add the chopped chili to the liquid.
- 7. Pour in the oils.
- 8. Season the dressing with salt.
- 9. Wash the salad greens under cold water.
- 10. Shake the salad greens dry.
- 11. Remove the tough stems from the leaves.
- 12. Cut the salad greens into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Wash the plums.
- 14. Halve the plums.
- 15. Quarter the plum halves.
- 16. Cut the sheep's cheese into thin sticks.
- 17. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- 18. Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
- 19. Sprinkle the finished salad with chopped walnuts.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
