  2. 2. Remove the stones from the fruit.
  3. 3. Cut the plums in half.
  4. 4. Place the plums into a large bottle with a wide belly.
  5. 5. Add the sugar to the bottle.
  6. 6. Add the cinnamon stick to the bottle.
  7. 7. Add the orange peel to the bottle.
  8. 8. Pour the vodka into the bottle.
  9. 9. Pour the grain alcohol into the bottle.
  10. 10. Seal the bottle tightly.
  11. 11. Place the bottle in a dark and cool spot.
  12. 12. Let the liqueur infuse for about 2 weeks.
  13. 13. Shake the bottle occasionally.
  14. 14. Make sure the sugar dissolves well.
  15. 15. Filter the finished liqueur.
  16. 16. Pour the liqueur into a decanter.
  17. 17. Let the liqueur rest for another 2 weeks after filtering.
