  5. 5. Stir the mixture with a little flour to form a small pre-dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the remaining milk, a pinch of salt, an egg, and the butter.
  8. 8. Knead everything into a smooth dough that slowly starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
  9. 9. Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 45 minutes.
  10. 10. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Set the oven to the top and bottom heat function.
  12. 12. Press the dough firmly again to remove air bubbles.
  13. 13. Grease a baking tray thinly with butter.

  21. 21. Mix the flour with the ground almonds, sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
