  7. 7. Chop all ingredients roughly with a knife until small crumbs form.
  8. 8. Quickly knead the crumbs together with your hands to form a smooth dough.
  9. 9. Shape the dough into a ball.
  10. 10. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  11. 11. Store the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot.
  13. 13. Stir the semolina slowly into the boiling milk.
  14. 14. Stir the ground cloves into the milk-semolina mixture.
  15. 15. Turn off the stove burner.
  16. 16. Let the mixture swell on the warm plate for about 10 minutes.

  18. 18. Place two layers of cling film on the work surface.
