🍰 Tender Plums with Yogurt and Nuts

Ingredients
- 500 g plums
- 500 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 0.5 lemon (juice and grated zest)
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the pits and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Place the plum cubes into a pot.
- 4. Add the honey.
- 5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture.
- 6. Add the lemon juice.
- 7. Grate the lemon zest finely and add it to the pot as well.
- 8. Pour 150 milliliters of water into the pot.
- 9. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 11. Let the plum mixture cool down completely.
- 12. Take a few spoonfuls of the cooled plum mixture.
- 13. Stir these spoonfuls into the yogurt.
- 14. Remove the cinnamon stick from the remaining plum mixture.
- 15. Distribute the remaining plum mixture onto the serving glasses.
- 16. Place the yogurt on top of the plums.
- 17. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 18. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the yogurt.
- 19. Serve the dessert immediately.
