  1. 1. Wash the plums thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the pits and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the plum cubes into a pot.
  4. 4. Add the honey.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice.
  7. 7. Grate the lemon zest finely and add it to the pot as well.
  8. 8. Pour 150 milliliters of water into the pot.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  10. 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
  11. 11. Let the plum mixture cool down completely.
  12. 12. Take a few spoonfuls of the cooled plum mixture.
  13. 13. Stir these spoonfuls into the yogurt.
  14. 14. Remove the cinnamon stick from the remaining plum mixture.
  15. 15. Distribute the remaining plum mixture onto the serving glasses.
  16. 16. Place the yogurt on top of the plums.
  17. 17. Finely chop the walnuts.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the yogurt.
  19. 19. Serve the dessert immediately.
