Ingredients
- 1 Pomelo
- 200 g Plums
- 1 very fresh egg white
- 150 ml Apple juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 10 Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from the pomelo. Wash the plums, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Add the plum halves, pomelo juice, egg white, apple juice, sugar, and ice cubes to the blender. Puree the mixture until it is nice and frothy.
- 2. Pour the drink into glasses and serve immediately.
