  5. 5. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  6. 6. Dry the lemon with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Grate half of the lemon peel finely.
  8. 8. Cut the lemon in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon balm under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the balm dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Cut the balm leaves into thin strips.
  14. 14. Take two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  15. 15. Pour the lemon juice over the plums.
  16. 16. Add the grated lemon peel.
  17. 17. Mix the plums with the lemon juice and peel.
  18. 18. Take the thick yogurt (cultured buttermilk).
  19. 19. Add cinnamon to the thick yogurt.
  20. 20. Add honey to the thick yogurt.
