🍰 Plums with Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh plums (6 fresh plums)
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 300 g thick milk (1.5 % fat)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the plums under running water.
- 2. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the plum halves into thin wedges.
- 4. Place the plum wedges into a small bowl.
- 5. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 6. Dry the lemon with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Grate half of the lemon peel finely.
- 8. Cut the lemon in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 10. Wash the lemon balm under cold water.
- 11. Shake the balm dry.
- 12. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 13. Cut the balm leaves into thin strips.
- 14. Take two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 15. Pour the lemon juice over the plums.
- 16. Add the grated lemon peel.
- 17. Mix the plums with the lemon juice and peel.
- 18. Take the thick yogurt (cultured buttermilk).
- 19. Add cinnamon to the thick yogurt.
- 20. Add honey to the thick yogurt.
- 21. Stir the thick yogurt, cinnamon, and honey well together.
- 22. Divide the plums between two glasses or two plates.
- 23. Drizzle the cinnamon milk sauce over the plums.
- 24. Sprinkle the chopped balm leaves on top.
