  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the plums under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut each half in half again so that you have quarters.
  4. 4. Place the plum pieces into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the honey, nut oil, and cinnamon to the plums.
  6. 6. Mix everything well until the plums are evenly coated with the marinade.
  7. 7. Thread the marinated plum pieces onto the grill skewers.
  8. 8. Preheat your grill and set it up for indirect heat.
  9. 9. Place the skewers on the grill grate.
  10. 10. Grill the plums for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the skewers from the grill once the time is up.
  12. 12. Serve the plums preferably while still warm.
  13. 13. Serve with a scoop of ice cream on the side.
