🍰 Grilled Plums with Honey-Cinnamon Glaze

Ingredients
- 8 plums
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the plums under running water.
- 2. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut each half in half again so that you have quarters.
- 4. Place the plum pieces into a bowl.
- 5. Add the honey, nut oil, and cinnamon to the plums.
- 6. Mix everything well until the plums are evenly coated with the marinade.
- 7. Thread the marinated plum pieces onto the grill skewers.
- 8. Preheat your grill and set it up for indirect heat.
- 9. Place the skewers on the grill grate.
- 10. Grill the plums for about 10 minutes.
- 11. Remove the skewers from the grill once the time is up.
- 12. Serve the plums preferably while still warm.
- 13. Serve with a scoop of ice cream on the side.
