  2. 2. Grease the small tartlet molds with a little butter so the pastry does not stick later.
  3. 3. Wash the plums thoroughly under running water.
  4. 4. Remove the pits from the plums.
  5. 5. Cut the pitted plums into thin wedges.
  6. 6. Arrange the plum wedges in a fan shape inside the prepared molds.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the plums.
  8. 8. Drizzle the liqueur carefully over the fruit.
  9. 9. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 to 4 millimeters.
  10. 10. Cut out circles from the pastry using a round cutter, making them slightly larger than the opening of the molds.
  11. 11. Carefully place the pastry circles over the plums in the molds.
  12. 12. Press the edges of the pastry firmly against the sides of the molds to ensure a good seal.
  13. 13. Prick the center of each tart several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  14. 14. Bake the tarts for about 25 minutes in the oven until they are golden brown.
  15. 15. Carefully remove the finished tarts from the molds.
