Ingredients
- soft butter (for the molds)
- 400 g plums
- 60 g brown sugar
- 20 ml plum schnapps
- 250 g puff pastry
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Grease the small tartlet molds with a little butter so the pastry does not stick later.
- 3. Wash the plums thoroughly under running water.
- 4. Remove the pits from the plums.
- 5. Cut the pitted plums into thin wedges.
- 6. Arrange the plum wedges in a fan shape inside the prepared molds.
- 7. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the plums.
- 8. Drizzle the liqueur carefully over the fruit.
- 9. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 to 4 millimeters.
- 10. Cut out circles from the pastry using a round cutter, making them slightly larger than the opening of the molds.
- 11. Carefully place the pastry circles over the plums in the molds.
- 12. Press the edges of the pastry firmly against the sides of the molds to ensure a good seal.
- 13. Prick the center of each tart several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- 14. Bake the tarts for about 25 minutes in the oven until they are golden brown.
- 15. Carefully remove the finished tarts from the molds.
- 16. Serve the tarts immediately and enjoy.
