🥤 Creamy Plum & Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 dried plums
- 100 ml buttermilk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (feel free to add more)
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- liquid sweetener to taste
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the dried plums in half and remove the pits.
- 2. Chop the plums into coarse pieces.
- 3. Place the plum pieces, quark milk (Dickmilch), and ground cinnamon into a blender.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is frothy and smooth.
- 5. Adjust the sweetness to your liking using sweetener.
- 6. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- 7. Pour the plum mixture over the ice.
- 8. Top up the drink with a splash of sparkling water.
- 9. Garnish the glass with a cinnamon stick.
