🍰 Small Plum Chocolate Towers

Ingredients
- 800 g plums (yellow)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- 16 chocolate shards
- 4 thyme sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the plum pieces into small chunks.
- 4. Set aside some plum halves for garnishing.
- 5. Drizzle the reserved halves with a little lemon juice.
- 6. Place the remaining plum pieces in a pot.
- 7. Add the remaining lemon juice.
- 8. Add the liqueur to the pot.
- 9. Add the sugar to the pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 11. Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Stir occasionally until a puree forms.
- 13. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 14. Let the plum mixture cool down completely.
- 15. Add chili and thyme to the cooled mixture.
- 16. Layer the chocolate shards on a plate.
- 17. Place the plum mixture on top of the chocolate shards.
- 18. Garnish the dish with the reserved plum halves.
- 19. Add thyme sprigs as decoration.
- 20. Serve the towers immediately.
