  1. 1. Wash the plums thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Carefully cut each plum in half, but do not cut all the way through to the bottom.
  3. 3. Remove the pits from the plums.
  4. 4. Mix the quark and the yogurt in a bowl until a smooth cream forms.
  5. 5. Stir the grated pistachios into the quark-yogurt mixture.
  6. 6. Wash the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
  7. 7. Cut the lemon in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze some juice from one half of the lemon.
  9. 9. Add the lemon juice to the quark cream to taste.
  10. 10. Add honey to the quark cream to taste.
  11. 11. Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin slices.
  12. 12. Fill the quark cream into the hollowed-out plums.
  13. 13. Dust the stuffed plums with cinnamon powder.
  14. 14. Place the plums on a serving plate.
  15. 15. Garnish the plums with the lemon slices.
