🍰 Plums Stuffed with Quark

Ingredients
- 20 plums
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp pistachio kernels
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Carefully cut each plum in half, but do not cut all the way through to the bottom.
- 3. Remove the pits from the plums.
- 4. Mix the quark and the yogurt in a bowl until a smooth cream forms.
- 5. Stir the grated pistachios into the quark-yogurt mixture.
- 6. Wash the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 7. Cut the lemon in half.
- 8. Squeeze some juice from one half of the lemon.
- 9. Add the lemon juice to the quark cream to taste.
- 10. Add honey to the quark cream to taste.
- 11. Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin slices.
- 12. Fill the quark cream into the hollowed-out plums.
- 13. Dust the stuffed plums with cinnamon powder.
- 14. Place the plums on a serving plate.
- 15. Garnish the plums with the lemon slices.
