  9. 9. Heat the milk in a second small saucepan.
  10. 10. Stir the semolina into the hot milk using a whisk.
  11. 11. Bring the mixture to a brief boil.
  12. 12. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  13. 13. Let the pudding swell for about three minutes while stirring constantly.
  14. 14. Remove the saucepan with the semolina pudding from the heat.
  15. 15. Spoon the semolina pudding onto a plate.
  16. 16. Place the prepared plums on top of the pudding.
