🍽️ Creamy Semolina Pudding with Juicy Plums

Ingredients
- 50 g plums (1 plum; or 15 g dried plums)
- 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 30 g whole grain semolina (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the plums under cold running water.
- 2. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Place the diced plums into a small saucepan.
- 5. Pour two to three tablespoons of water over the plums.
- 6. Cook the plums over medium heat for four to five minutes until they form a soft compote.
- 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 8. Let the plums cool down for a short while.
- 9. Heat the milk in a second small saucepan.
- 10. Stir the semolina into the hot milk using a whisk.
- 11. Bring the mixture to a brief boil.
- 12. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 13. Let the pudding swell for about three minutes while stirring constantly.
- 14. Remove the saucepan with the semolina pudding from the heat.
- 15. Spoon the semolina pudding onto a plate.
- 16. Place the prepared plums on top of the pudding.
- 17. Allow the dish to cool down slightly.
- 18. Serve the pudding while warm.
