Ingredients
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 g plum puree
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger root and the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
- 3. Place the finely chopped ginger and garlic mixture into a bowl.
- 4. Add the plum puree to the bowl.
- 5. Pour the vinegar into the bowl.
- 6. Pour the orange juice into the bowl.
- 7. Pour the oil into the bowl.
- 8. Whisk all the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 9. Season the dressing with salt.
- 10. Season the dressing with cayenne pepper.
- 11. Season the dressing with a small pinch of cinnamon.
- 12. Taste the dressing to finish seasoning.
- 13. If the dressing is too thick, stir in a little water.
