🥤 Plum-Date Shake

Ingredients
- 100 g plums
- 5 dried dates (40 g)
- 400 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 15 g brown almond butter (1 tbsp)
- 50 g fine oat flakes (5 tbsp)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the stems. Remove the pits from the plums and dates, then cut the fruit into coarse pieces.
- 2. Place everything together with the almond drink, almond butter, oat flakes, and spices into a stand blender. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour the shake into prepared glasses and serve.
