🍰 Vegan Plum Crumble

Ingredients
- 1 kg plums
- 170 g spelt flour
- 120 g vegan butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g demerara sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp sliced almonds (10 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Arrange the plum halves closely together in a baking dish.
- 2. Rub flour, butter, vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt together between your fingers until crumbly. Mix in the almonds and spread the topping evenly over the plums.
- 3. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven at 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas mark 2–3) for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve the dessert while still warm.
