🍰 Juicy Plum and Apple Compote

Ingredients
- 3 tart apples
- 300 g plums
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 ml water
- 150 g whipping cream (whipped stiff)
- 2 tbsp croquant
- dark chocolate (shaved)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples.
- 2. Cut the apples in half and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the apple halves into wedges.
- 4. Wash the plums thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
- 6. Place the apple pieces and plums into a pot.
- 7. Add the water.
- 8. Add the vanilla sugar to the pot.
- 9. Add the sugar to the pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 11. Reduce the heat and let the compote simmer covered for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 12. Puree the compote until smooth.
- 13. Let the compote cool down completely.
- 14. Fill the cooled compote into glasses.
- 15. Sprinkle the compote with crumble topping.
- 16. Add a dollop of whipped cream to each glass.
- 17. Garnish the dessert with chocolate.
- 18. Serve the dessert.
