🍽️ Creamy Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 250 g coconut yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 7 g vanilla sugar
- 50 ml whipping cream
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Remove the pits from the peaches.
- 3. Cut four nice slices from the peaches and set them aside for later decoration.
- 4. Cut the remaining peach flesh into coarse chunks.
- 5. Put the yogurt, milk, sugar, and coarse peach chunks into a blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
- 7. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
- 8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture using a spoon.
- 9. Pour the finished smoothie into two glasses.
- 10. Garnish the glasses with the previously cut peach slices, fresh mint, and straws.
