🍳 Fruity Peach Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg ripe peaches
- juice of one lemon
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Score the peaches with a cross on the skin.
- 2. Dip the fruits briefly into boiling water.
- 3. Shock the peaches immediately in cold water.
- 4. Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 5. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
- 6. Finely chop the fruit flesh.
- 7. Weigh the chopped fruit flesh.
- 8. Add the lemon juice and jam sugar to a pot.
- 9. Add the weighed peach flesh.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil in the pot.
- 11. Let the jam boil vigorously for one minute.
- 12. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly.
