  4. 4. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
  5. 5. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the peach cubes with the lemon juice and brown sugar.
  7. 7. Put the flour, almonds, sugar, butter pieces, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  8. 8. Process the ingredients with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until crumbly.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Set the oven to top and bottom heat.
  11. 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  12. 12. Take about two-thirds of the crumble mixture.
  13. 13. Spread these crumbs evenly on the baking tray.
  14. 14. Press the layer flat.
