  1. 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Remove the pits from the fruits.
  3. 3. Take one quarter of the peaches and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the remaining peach portion in a blender and puree it into a smooth pulp.
  5. 5. Pour the fruit puree into a cooking pot.
  6. 6. Stir in the sugar and the gelling agent until the ingredients are well combined.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  8. 8. Let the jam boil vigorously for exactly one minute.
  9. 9. Stir the pine nuts and the peach cubes into the hot mixture.
  10. 10. Fill the hot jam immediately into well-rinsed jars.
  11. 11. Seal the jars with twist-off lids.
