🍳 Peach Jam with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg ripe peaches
- 600 g sugar
- 1 packet powdered gelatin
- 100 g pine nuts
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Remove the pits from the fruits.
- 3. Take one quarter of the peaches and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Place the remaining peach portion in a blender and puree it into a smooth pulp.
- 5. Pour the fruit puree into a cooking pot.
- 6. Stir in the sugar and the gelling agent until the ingredients are well combined.
- 7. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 8. Let the jam boil vigorously for exactly one minute.
- 9. Stir the pine nuts and the peach cubes into the hot mixture.
- 10. Fill the hot jam immediately into well-rinsed jars.
- 11. Seal the jars with twist-off lids.
