🍳 Raspberry Peach Jam

Ingredients
- 400 g raspberries
- 1 kg peaches
- 600 g jam sugar (2:1)
- 1 orange (juice)
- 1 vanilla pod
Instructions
- 1. Pick over the raspberries and place them in a pot.
- 2. Pour boiling water over the peaches and immediately shock them in cold water.
- 3. Remove the skin from the peaches.
- 4. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 5. Dice the peach flesh into small pieces.
- 6. Add the diced peaches, sugar, orange juice, and the slit vanilla pod to the raspberries.
- 7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 8. Let the mixture sit for about one hour.
- 9. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 10. Let the jam bubble and cook for four minutes.
- 11. Perform a gel test to check the consistency.
- 12. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
