  1. 1. Briefly pour boiling water over the peaches to help the skin loosen easily.
  2. 2. Peel off the skin, halve the fruits, and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the peach pieces into a pot.
  5. 5. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the fruit.
  6. 6. Weigh the entire fruit mixture.
  7. 7. Take double the amount of jam sugar (ratio 2:1) and stir it into the fruit.
  8. 8. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for about 3 hours.
  9. 9. Place the pot on the stove and stir.
  10. 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  11. 11. Let it bubble vigorously for 3 minutes from this point.
  12. 12. Stir the peach or apricot liqueur into the warm fruit puree.
  13. 13. Fill the jam immediately into hot-rinsed jars.
  14. 14. Let the jars cool upside down for 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the jars right side up and let them cool completely.
