🍽️ Fruity Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 100 g Sugar
- 500 g fully ripe peaches
- 0.5 Lemon (juice)
- 20 ml peach liqueur
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar and 125 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Let the syrup simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 5. Let the sugar syrup cool down completely.
- 6. Pour boiling water over the peaches.
- 7. Remove the skin from the fruits.
- 8. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 9. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 10. Put the peach cubes, the cooled syrup, the lime juice, and the liqueur into a blender.
- 11. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
- 12. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
- 13. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the peach puree.
- 14. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker.
- 15. Freeze the ice cream according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 16. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- 17. Place the dish in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- 18. Stir the ice cream with a fork every 30 minutes.
